Where to Go During Volunteers’ Week

Over Volunteers’ Week we have some fantastic opportunities for you to meet voluntary organisations and discuss with us what you would like to do as a volunteer – culminating in Celebrating Volunteers Event on Sunday 10th at Norwich Cathedral.

Volunteers’ Week Activities 1st-10th June 2018

Wymondham Market Cross

Friday 1st June
We shall be launching our Volunteers’ Week special events at Wymondham Market Cross and shall be available to talk to about volunteering opportunities between 10am – 1pm

Monday 4th– Friday 8th June
Throughout Volunteers’ Week we shall be offering information and advice on volunteering at the Forum, Norwich. Come and talk to us about Volunteering with Voluntary Norfolk and many other charities across the county, between 10am-4pm each day.

Launch of North Norfolk Volunteer Hub at Merchants’ Place, Cromer

Wednesday 6th June
Merchants’ Place will be launching a new Volunteer Hub on Wednesday 6th June between 10am – 12noon. A range of different organisations that are local to Cromer will be attending the morning to promote their volunteering opportunities and our doors will be open to the public to come and show an interest in volunteering and to see what is available.

Celebrating Volunteers and Changing Lives- Volunteer event at Norwich Cathedral

Sunday 10th June
A special volunteer event on Sunday 10th June 2018 from 12:15 pm- 15:30pm in the Cloisters of Norwich Cathedral. Meet organisations across a range of sectors looking for volunteers. So if you want to give up some of your time to help others, or a cause which is close to your heart, then why not come along and meet with a wide range of organisations, varying from environmental charities to hospice care and everything in between.
