Voluntary Norfolk welcomes feedback (good or bad). If you would like to acknowledge receipt of excellent service, please let us know by email so that we can share your feedback with the relevant team and staff members.

If you wish to make a formal complaint regarding your experience with Voluntary Norfolk as a service user, customer or partner, we request, where possible, that you follow the official complaints procedure. Please find the details in this document.
