Voluntary Norfolk, Community Action Norfolk and Norfolk Community Foundation are working together with strategic partners Norfolk Community Advice Network and FUSE Norwich to provide support for Norfolk’s voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations.

The support includes things like information, advice, training or hands on support. It also includes help with finding funding and applying for grants. There’s also support with both finding and keeping volunteers.

Head to our Empowering Communities website to find out more about what the Empowering Communities partnership does.

The Empowering Communities partnership is funded by Norfolk County Council and replaces the Working Together partnership which ran from 2017-2021.

VCSE Annual Conference

We co-organise an annual conference which raises awareness of, and is an opportunity to discuss and debate, issues affecting the sector today. Our 2022 Conference, was on the theme Building VCSE Resilience through the Power of Partnerships and Collaboration and took place between 21st and 24th November. This year we adopted a hybrid format for the first time. Individual workshops and discussions took place online throughout the week and an in-person event on The Power of Networks and Forums took place on Wednesday 23rd November in Norwich.
