Voluntary Norfolk, in partnership with health providers, public sector and local voluntary organisations delivers a wide range of services which improve the lives, health, wellbeing, skills and employability of people across Norfolk.

For some of these services people can seek support directly from us, through a quick enquiry, self-referral form.  For others, referrals need to be made by a professional, such as a health professional.  All of our support is completely free and voluntary.

To make a referral or self-referral to any of our projects please fill out the online referral forms below.

Community Response Service

Community Response Volunteers provide a vital service for people who have just left hospital and need a bit of extra support at home. Volunteers help with light household tasks, such as washing up or putting out the bins, preparing a light snack or making a cuppa. They might collect prescriptions or walk the dog, do some shopping (going to the shops or online) or help people get to follow-up appointments.
