Community Response Volunteers provide a vital service for people who have just left hospital and need a bit of extra support at home.

Volunteers help with light household tasks, such as washing up or putting out the bins, preparing a light snack or making a cuppa. They might collect prescriptions or walk the dog, do some shopping (going to the shops or online) or help people get to follow-up appointments. The service is designed to offer short-term support with specific identified needs (Up to 12 weeks)
