We are now recruiting for the following role: 

Volunteer Coordinator (digital)

Norfolk Community Health & Care NHS Trust Volunteer Service (Maternity Cover)

  • Maternity Cover fixed term until October 2021
  • Salary: £23,370 per annum pro rata 37 hours per week
  • Hours: 30 hours per week over four/ five days
  • Closing date: 2 March 2021

The Volunteer Coordinator will promote and deliver digital and telephone volunteer opportunities across the NCH&C Volunteer Service. They will work with and train volunteer champions within the NCH&C workforce in order to identify volunteer opportunities and will recruit and train volunteers to fill these roles to support services and provide additional care and friendship to patients and service users.

We are looking for a volunteer coordinator who is enthusiastic about the difference volunteers can make to services and patient experience. They will be confident with IT and remote working, dedicated to recruiting, training and supporting high quality volunteers, have good communication and interpersonal skills, and will enjoy helping others to achieve their goals and make a difference.
