We are now recruiting for a number of posts for our exciting new “CHANCES” project, supporting unemployed people to move closer to work as well as assisting those who have lost their jobs due to Covid-19.   CHANCES is funded by the European Social Fund and is a partnership led by Norfolk County Council together with Future Projects, Voluntary Norfolk, Citizens Advice Norfolk/Diss and Thetford & District.

CHANCES Advocates

Advocates will have a prominent role in launching, shaping and delivering the project activities and will be part of a fresh and exciting new partnership!   The right candidates will be able to balance working in a demanding target driven role, with the ability to offer quality advice, coaching and mentoring aimed at helping local people to return to work or take steps toward it.

Positions: 18 Advocate positions available across Norfolk

Base: Locations across Norfolk

Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week)

Salary: from £22,911

CHANCES Senior Advocates

Senior Advocates will take a leading role in launching, shaping and delivering the project activities and will play an important part in developing this fresh and exciting new partnership!  The right candidates will support and mentor a small team, as well as be able to balance working in a demanding target driven role, with the ability to offer quality advice, coaching and mentoring aimed at helping local people to return to work or take steps toward it.

Positions: 5 Senior Advocate positions available across Norfolk

Base: Locations across Norfolk

Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week)

Salary: from £26,317
