Cinema Plus


We are looking for volunteers with a love of cinema, local history, and film education who would like to support and develop our education work here at Cinema City. 

We will be offering unique volunteering opportunities and free training with flexible times throughout the project and following the opening of our brand new Screen Heritage Centre in Summer 2016.

If this sounds of interest to you and you can spare a few days a month on an ongoing basis, please get in touch.

Norfolk at the Pictures is a Heritage Lottery Funded project to collect, preserve and provide access to the history of cinema going in Norfolk. We are usually based within the Grade 1 listed buildings at Cinema City in Norwich.

Skills/Qualifications:

- An interest in working with people and particularly older people. -An interest in local history and cinema heritage. - Good communication skills. -An interest in oral history.
