Meeting and Training Rooms

Situated in the heart of Norwich’s historic city centre, Voluntary Norfolk has an adaptable suite of four meeting and training rooms available for hire by the day or half day. The Vincent, Crome, Stannard and Cotman Rooms can be hired individually or in combination to provide a clean spacious modern event space.

With a choice of layouts from boardroom to theatre, café to horseshoe, Voluntary Norfolk’s Meeting Rooms have the flexibility to allow you to get exactly what you want from your booking. 

Whilst these professionally run rooms are widely used by registered charities, voluntary organisations and community groups they are also available to public sector organisations and private sector businesses at very reasonable rates. Generous discounts are available for Members of Voluntary Norfolk and registered charities. Prices include a wide range of equipment as each room contains, at no extra cost:

  • Easy Mobility Access in line with DDA Requirements 

We can provide refreshments and buffet lunches. We use locally-based suppliers capable of producing high-quality menus of fresh and delicious food at reasonable cost and we can cater for special dietary requirements.

Whether you are holding one-to-one recruitment interviews or a large corporate conference, our adaptable suite of options will allow you to find the perfect option.

Our facilities are popular with many local charities and statutory providers and we are beginning to gain a national reputation.

Booking the Meeting and Training Rooms

We offer a friendly, flexible, fully-staffed, professional environment and are confident that we can provide whatever you need to make your event, training session or meeting a success.

Our Meeting and Training Rooms are open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00 pm.

Voluntary Norfolk’s new IT suite

As part of its ongoing mission to support volunteers and voluntary organisations across the county, Voluntary Norfolk has opened a new, fully-equipped IT suite, based at its Pottergate Offices in the centre of Norwich. 

The new suite offers 14 new laptops running Windows 7 operating systems and Microsoft Office 2007 and all have full internet connectivity. Each work station is equipped with USB keyboards, mice and wrist rests. To assist with training sessions, a wireless colour printer is also available.

The IT suite is available to book now by contacting Voluntary Norfolk’s meeting room facilitators. The good news is that use of the IT suite costs no more than standard meeting and training room prices.
