Norfolk's Clinical Commissioning Groups

Clinical Commissioning Groups make sure the medical and clinical needs of local people are met. They are made up of groups of GP Practices who plan and arrange the purchase of medical services for patients.

There are five CCGs in Norfolk:

Each covers a population of between 163,000 and 240,000 and will hold administration and management budgets of between £4.03m and £5.69m.

Each CCG has a strategy, published together with supporting information about how it makes sure that it is kept up-to-date so that its services respond to the needs of the residents in its area.

All CCGs are required to hold meetings of their Governing Board which are open to the public. Their websites have information about these meeting and the papers for each one:

Great Yarmouth and Waveney CCG

North Norfolk CCG

Norwich CCG

South Norfolk CCG

West Norfolk CCG

CCGs are each represented on the Health and Wellbeing Board.
